SPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Opening hours:
Reservations: To guarantee the availability of your treatment times, we recommend that you book your treatments in advance.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the cost of the treatment booked. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. You will be asked for a credit card number when making your reservation, or if you are a resident, your room number so that the SPA By LPK bill can be added to your hotel bill.
Courtesy rules: The Spa by LPK is a space dedicated to tranquility and relaxation. We thank you for respecting everyone’s right to privacy and serenity. Cell phones are not allowed.
Arrival for your treatment: We recommend that you arrive at Spa by LPK at least 30 minutes before your first appointment. Please note that late arrival will not result in an extension of your scheduled treatment.
Age requirement: The minimum age for access to the spa is 16.
Health: Please inform us at the time of booking of any health issues, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment.
Cleanliness: In accordance with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after each use and each treatment.
Loss or damage: We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings. Please keep your valuables in the safe in your room or in the locker provided. To protect your clothes, only our bathrobes are allowed outside the changing room.
Accidents or injuries: Spa by LPK cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by a customer.
Restrictions: Alcohol and tobacco consumption is strictly prohibited.
SPA Boutique: The bathrobes provided are available for purchase. If you wish to keep any of the accessories from the SPA by LPK, you will be charged for them.
